Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TabControl ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Extension.

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Extension

We do not warrant that the Extension will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected. Your use of the Extension is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

  • Any interruption or cessation of the Extension
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components
  • Loss of stored sessions or browsing data

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Termination

Entire Agreement
